Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited use of MyAIArt services and how violations are handled. By using MyAIArt, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content Categories

You must not use MyAIArt to generate, upload, transform, share, or request content that falls into any of the categories below:

1. Pornographic / NSFW Content: Explicit sexual content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual exploitation, or other NSFW material.
2. Violence / Gore: Graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, cruelty, extreme violence, or blood-heavy violent depictions.
3. Hate Speech: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, humiliates, or promotes discrimination/violence against protected groups or individuals.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child-Unsafe Content: Any sexualized content involving minors, exploitation of minors, or content that places children at risk.
5. Deepfake / Impersonation: Non-consensual face swap, identity forgery, impersonation of real people, or deceptive synthetic media used to mislead, defraud, or harass.
6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized commercial use of protected assets.

2. Enforcement Mechanisms for Violations

When we detect or receive credible reports of violations, MyAIArt may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Removal or blocking of generated content
• Deletion of associated assets and task history
• Credit reset or forfeiture of remaining quota
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban

For severe or repeated violations, enforcement may be escalated immediately.

3. Reporting and Review

If you believe content or an account violates this AUP, please contact [email protected] with relevant evidence (links, screenshots, task IDs). We review reports under internal safety and compliance procedures.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of MyAIArt indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
